Gil Giuliani (Milan, 1988) graduated from the “Erasmo da Rotterdam” artistic high school of Bollate in 2007. He attended the school for actors “Quelli di Grock” and then the School of the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, where he graduated in 2014. As student actor in 2012 participates in theatrical performance “Santa Giovanna dei Macelli” by Bertolt Brecht directed by Luca Ronconi. Parallel to the school he trained and worked with the dubbing director Monica Pariante. After graduation, he took part in the workshops of the Venice Biennale, where he worked with the Lithuanian director Oskaras Korsunovas. In 2015 he participated in theatrical performances “Il Tascapane” and “Robert e Clara”. In the same year he was chosen by Mario Perrotta to take part in the Ligabue Project (Bassa continua, toni sul Po), winner of the 2015 Ubu Prize as best artistic and organizational project. He deepens his training by attending the Ivana Chubbuck Studio in Los Angeles (he studies, among others, with Franz Turner, Deryl Carol and the same Ivana Chubbuck). In 2016 he works at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan in “Tonight is recited to the subject” by Luigi Pirandello directed by F. Tiezzi. His performance in “L’Assoluto Presente” (2017) by Fabio Martina is one of his most interesting interpretations.
